The Problem

Cooling is essential for reliability across data centres, district cooling networks, and industrial plants. But demand is rising fast, making cooling one of the largest and fastest-growing drivers of electricity use and carbon emissions worldwide.

Today's cooling systems are held back by a fundamental limitation: traditional water-based coolants carry limited thermal energy per unit volume. To compensate, operators must push high flow rates and run pumps and chillers harder — increasing energy cost and carbon footprint without improving cooling performance.

VariFlux is engineered to work with your existing closed-loop hardware — not replace it.

STEP 01

Assess the loop

We review your system's flow rate, pump curve, chiller specs, and operating conditions to model the expected efficiency gain before anything changes.

STEP 02

Retrofit the coolant

VariFlux Coolant is introduced into your existing closed loop as a retrofit — no new piping, no major system modifications required.

STEP 03

Install FluxCore & monitor

FluxCore is installed in-line on the loop. It maintains coolant performance and stability during continuous operation, while giving your team real-time visibility into the efficiency gains being delivered.

VariFlux Coolant

VariFlux coolant technology is an advanced heat-transfer fluid that carries up to 5× more thermal energy per unit volume than water. Suited to retrofit or new-build closed-loop systems, it allows the same cooling to be delivered at a significantly lower flow rate — reducing the work your pumps and chiller have to do, and cutting total cooling energy use significantly.
